Heat Pumps NOW

Heat pumps now just finished installing a new Heat pump at my place. I found their technicians to be very experienced, polite and professional. They picked up electrical issues with my existing wiring early on which gave me time to sort out before they arrived. Nothing was a problem even when I asked for some pipe work to be relocated so it would be concealed from view. Also their pricing is very competitive. Appreciate the good work guys. Thank you. Avoid using this company at all costs. They have not supplied all items we paid for over 8 months ago. The system is not holding pressure for the under floor heating and they refuse to come out and repair. They never respond to emails, phone calls. The worst service ever. If possible I would give them a negative 5 rating. Extremely stressful. Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, Heating system installation, Installation

These gals and guys were fantastic at every level. From quoting, scheduling, and install. They were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job - going beyond to make sure the outside work look as good as possible. 100% recommend.

I had requested a quote for an install for a split system and had someone come out. They provided a quote for a unit only. I called them back twice and was told they would get back in touch with me to organise a quote for a split system. The first quote was nearly 3 weeks ago. No one has contacted me but I keep receiving spam emails around discounts I cant get because no one communicates. I just want a price and then pay in full and have it sorted. My Property Manager (me = owner) arranged Heat Pumps NOW to do a clean of a Heat Pump. After said cleaning the tenant reported an issue subsequent to the cleaning and the PM asked HPN to remedy it. Long story short is that HPN charged a full service callout fee in addition to the cleaning, in which they clipped togethor the heatpump casing, and gave a large additional quote for a louvre motor which was not necessary, a subsequent company found the louvres had been manually moved (likely during cleaning) and simply needed to be moved back then the motor would be fine Service: A/C system maintenance
