Gabby was fantastic! Had to change my last name due to getting married, she asked to see a photo of our Star wars wedding (it wasnt busy at the time) - Amazing customer service, we forgot to sign something and she posted us the paperwork to fill out and send back (however we ended up coming in and signing them) but she went above and beyond when I had seen her. You are truly an asset to the company by taking time with your customers! May the force be with you always xx

Westpac bank needs update their online services and online information , all you need is the transactions from your bank accounts, but you just cant download it from westpac one or their online banking, the instructions you searched from google , which is under their website help section , it doesnt help at all. You actually have to go into their bank and request from counter, then it took 45 mins to get 6 accounts transactions .
