        Absolutely hopeless. Two weeks of ongoing questions and fuss to simply move home loan from one house to another, while significantly decreasing lending. Gave up, went to Westpac and got approved as a new customer with less paperwork, less fuss and far less stress. I'm sorry to say but Kiwibank have lost a foundation customer for good.
