        Bought a pair of jeans in Nelson but wrong size. Even lost the receipt! Went into Hornby with little expectations. Lilly contacted Nelson, located the receipt then found my size was not in stock there but located replacements in Northlands and put them on hold! The extra mile with a winning smile! Brilliant happy service. Well done! Love this store!

        The staff are friendly, helpful and best of all, they know their jeans! Its an outlet shop, so youll find some great deals. Theres also a selection of non-clearance stock, so theres sure to be something for you. I cant speak highly enough about the lady who helped me today.
