Wish I could rate it lower. They lost my package and their only answer is "we will ask our drivers if they can find it but we dunno, and we have absolutely no way of trying to find it at all" the end. Absolute hack jobs. Edit: had someone else get in touch and they were told a story which renders what I was told as lies. Or vice versa. What an awful, DODGY outfit.

Absolutely terrible. "Karthik Chand" a driver who works here mucked up my order twice and delivered to the wrong address. I raised the issue with my supplier that he delivered the parcel in the wrong address, they said they will make sure of the next parcel would be delivered to my doorstep. Yet again, it didnt. Same delivery guy delivered to the wrong doorstep again. Do not use these guys for your parcels. Their drivers are useless and lazy

As a business owner if youre considering using Aramex dont! They will sink your business in a heartbeat. You can kiss goodbye repeat business from new customers. Terrible service. 4+ business days Christchurch to Dunedin. Over two weeks to the North Island, not just once, an abundant amount of times. Theyre 10% cheaper than using NZ courier who actually deliver overnight in the South Island and 2 days to the North Island. If you care about and want to retain your customers dont use them. The only redeeming thing about Aramex is Sophie, the sales rep. I feel sorry for her doing the best she can within a malfunctioning organisation. My customer parcel enquires increased over 700% when using them for the short time I did. Second time giving them a go, should of learnt the first time.

Absolutely appalling service. If i could give negative stars i would. Always late waiting on a parcel that says delivery today may 1st yet hasn't even arrived in Christchurch. I had a parcel delivered 2 weeks ago that said delivered to front door but it was jammed into mailbox and damaged my $70.00 parcel sent photo and screenshot of where they said they left it no apologies for the damage. Aramex are a rubbish courier service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ARAMEX TO ANYONE.
