I was looking for something to help me get back into shape and help me feel better after having my first child. Id never really done much at a gym before but the trainers were very patient and kind about helping with techniques and making things fit to your level of fitness. This gym is great! Never been to a gym in my life and never ever thought I would. Went to support a friend and ended up getting into it myself. Love that you get a free trial for a week to see whether it suits you but the team training, life changing really is a true strength for me. The trainers are so fun and professional yet also goofy at times. The people who come really make it feel like a family. I would definitely recommend anyone to at least try it as you never know what may happen

Couldnt recommend F45 Hornby more. Keeps me motivated and accountable for my health and fitness! I have tried many gyms in the past and never stuck to anything for longer than 6 months. A year and a half later and Im still a committed member of F45 Hornby and wouldnt have it any other way. Friendly staff, fun challenges, motivating members and great music
