Great honest company with friendly staff and good rates. Weve used World to move between north and south islands and also within the same city and had an easy stress free experience both times. Highly recommend.

Not one to complain...BUT: If you don't mind having your stuff broken and damaged, this is the company for you! Unfortunately we had numerous items marked fragile damaged or broken. One steel garden sculpture had a welded joint severed! Lot's of dents and scuffs, many plastic roller bin lids broken. Glassware broken, picture frames damaged and cracked glass. Very friendly and polite staff but at the end of the day it does not seem like much care was taken in transit or loading/unloading. Some of the breakages spoke of pretty rough handling. No compensation offered and basically I was told that is why you need moving insurance. Very disappointed customer.

Would not recommend them unless you're fine with having your things damaged or having them open your boxes to put things inside. Was initially impressed with their Auckland branch as everything seemed ok, but upon arrival here in Christchurch, we didn't even hear from them until we followed up with their Auckland branch. Most of our storage containers arrived broken, one of them was obviously opened without consent as they placed the bed frame feet inside. Other things such as bikes arrived with dents. Not impressed.
