Thank you 9Round for so many reasons. I love the environment and I really appreciate all your help in helping me to get back into fitness after having baby number 2. Trainers are motivated and competent. The community is awesome. Great place to be to burn some calories (and stress) out.

9 rounds is an awesome kickboxing gym, has a good team of trainers that are knowledge in different factors of fitness ranging from boxing skill, strength training and cardio. The trainers that work there range from commonwealth powerlifter, amateur boxing and up and coming body builders. My fitness has improved in so many factors than to the team and have met some really awesome people that I train with everyday, 100p recomend to any one from all ranges of fitness goals

I have been at 9Round for over a year now. I was very hesitant to sign up for fear of not fitting in with the stereotypical gym goers but has been one of the best things I have done. The trainers are all so helpful and super encouraging, whatever your fitness level. You are always greeted by name which makes you feel like part of the 9Round family. I love the variety of cardio, strength, boxing/kickboxing and the fact you can turn up anytime and get a good solid workout. If you are thinking of starting your fitness journey or looking to try something new, would totally recommend coming in to 9Round Ferrymead and giving it a go

Wonderful Atmosphere and awesome team! Found them full of knowledge and very supportive of your goals. The understanding that not everyone is the same is wonderful. Always willing to show you the exercises and Push you further when you need it. Never felt I was a inconvenience for being unco Love going, feeling like apart the family and having the laughs along the way.
