        Lost my parcel and when I called to ask about the tracking the lady was incredibly rude and made it out like it was my fault. Don't be in customer service if you can't be polite. Won't be returning.

        Sassy saleswoman, not service with a smile, made me feel like I wasnt worth serving since I wanted to paywave a postage bag. Some of the staff are nice but I get anxiety every time I go in not knowing how I will be greeted.
