Unbelievably that in this day and age there is still the odd retailer holding you to ransom by not providing a refund . I bought some boots $299 that did not fit -I mean this isn't rocket science to think that in this case a refund should be applied. Come-on people get with the real world!!! I would not recommend using the online service unless you want to get trapped. You can stand behind your GRAND T & Cs - DOESNT make it right!! You have a moral obligation and people need to understand the arrogance of the way you run this business.

Eating a meal at B&W, which is across the road from Spoilt. Spoilt owner came over, shifted our drinks/wallet/phone/plates so she could put her business cards on the table - without any excuse me, hello or any kind of acknowledgement. To act this way in another businesss premises, particularly a cafe where people are conversing/eating, is terrible! No basic manners.
