        I bought a $199 jumper from this shop which pilled to the point that it is unwearable after 3 wears. Katerina refused to take it back stating that pilling was what you expect with wool. Not in my experience, until now. She would not even accept responsibility of sending it back to the company - Maxted. Unbelievable. My recommendation is to avoid this shop; in my experience the quality is highly questionable and the customer care appalling.

        Seriously need to work on their customer service. The woman working literally rolled her eyes and glared at my friend and I when we entered the shop. Said nothing, not even hello, and didn't approach us to help. I was planning to buy dresses for both of us but decided against it since the customer service was so off-putting and made us feel like we were too "poor" looking to be there.

        I visited this store during my holiday in Christchurch, lovely service I ended up buying 2 dresses and arrived home / realised one was way too big. I sent it back and got a refund right away which I thought was really lovely.
