        Mosaic Property Management has been fantastic to deal with. Amanda was Polite, Prompt, Efficient and knew the market well. We engaged her during the build of the dwelling and she had all the documentation sorted with tenants lined up perfectly to take the house once it was completed. No problem at all recommending her to others

        Amanda has gone out of her way multiple times (site visits and phone calls) to work through renting out our house. She even gave advise during the design phase of the build on how to make the house as suitable and attractive as possible for renting it out. Sorry it didn't work out ultimately with you managing the property for us Amanda (due to change in my personal circumstances), but you were still very gracious and happy to wish me the best for the future. I'd highly recommend Mosaic Property Management to landlords or tenants. Excellent communication and attention to detail. All the best.
