Red Chili Property Management

Utterly useless and incompetent. Very poor communication. Staff who can't even speak proper English. Don't expect anything to happen at a reasonable pace, rather be prepared to constantly follow up. In response: To put my reaction in context: Inability to communicate properly, read correspondence, understand the details of a contract or carry out basic admin tasks. And as the name says, Big Red flag when dealing with this crowd.

I would like to take the time to personally thank Warner Wilson. Warner has made the process of finding tenants for our family home stress free. Warner was very good with communication and always returned my calls and emails very promptly. Amazing service from Warner and the Ray White Selwyn Team. We are always kept up to date with what is going on with our property. Warner is always ready to lend a helping hand with unexpected issues. Getting them to manage our property made our transition from being home owners to landlord really easy, they take the frustration and worry away by screening applicants and arranging all the paperwork. Just started renting with Red Chili team and have had a great experience, they are professional, have great communication and with everything online, the admin is easy. They are also quick to respond to any issues. Thanks guys!

We have recently left a property we were rented with Red Chili for five and a half years. Red Chili are by far the best property managers we have dealt with in our over 20 years of renting. Up until we left we dealt with Cara who never failed to keep us informed and was always approachable. Can't speak highly enough of everyone there.
