        Very bad service, Keys is very rude and dishonest! I rented my property with them and they dont pay me 2weeks rent. Wouldnt recommend lotus property to anyone!

        I dont know where to start with my bad experience with Lotus Property. I rented my property through them in September 2020. I keep chasing them for 10 days rent which they denied first and then when I send all the transactions and proofs then Keys agreed to pay me 10 days rent but he said he will pay in 14 instalments in form or management fee rebate. I refuse to take payment like that and requested him to pay me one-off payment as he has already received the payment from the tenants in the form of rent which he has no right to hold on for 14 weeks. He said he can only pay me in 14 instalments and started denying that he owe me any rent. I told him that I have all the proofs and he agreed to pay me in writing through the email and cant go back from what he said. Wouldnt recommend Lotus property management to anyone.
