        Sadly, another bad experience with a frustrating Spark assistant today. He was so confident that what the computer system told him was right, that he would not listen to reason. If I was not so familiar with the matter, his arrogant ignorance could have cost me hundreds of dollars. Thank goodness for a competitive marketplace, though Spark still often comes across as heartless monopoly. Upgraded to 2 stars because he did agree to double check on something that I am sure is wrong. My next experience was probably worse - I took in a phone to get them to unlock it, not only did they take ages and fail to unlock it, they put another kind of lock on, so made the situation worse. I ended up doing it myself.
