        Returned a wifi modem service very poor,took a long time,the guy struggled with my E mail address,!!

        Awful experience, first time I went in was to get my stolen phone blacklisted. Was "helped" by an Indian man who I believe to be a manager maybe. I was told that I could not get my stolen phone blacklisted with ought the original purchase receipt (bought phone second hand) and he was very rude about it and clearly enjoyed telling people no (called Vodafones 0800 number and was sorted within MINUTES) The second time I went into the store requesting a new SIM card as my current one was the wrong size and to get my number transferred to a new one. (I had the SIM card, phone it was in and the Vodafone app on the phone ect) and was rudely told that they would need to some ridiculous proof that its my sim (I HAD IT AND THE PHONE IN MY HANDS) and then left and went to another store who sorted me with ZERO troubles. A waste of time. 0/10 NEVER go here.
