Excellent service and a real quality van with everything you need. We spent two months travelling in it and it was brilliant and any questions we had the team at Eurocamper went above and beyond for us. Would recommend this company and their vans any day!

Absolutely abysmal experience. When we arrived to pick up, the camper we requested was "not ready", so we waited three hours only to receive a different campervan. Wasted the whole first day of our trip. After a day on the road, we discovered the camper was infested with black mould, which made us all sick. Despite all the positivity we could muster, this obviously diminished the entire holiday. Avoid moldy campers.

This rental company is a joke. Van is barely okay. I had a fresh water leaking tank, broken inside table and malfunctioning fridge. I emailed them about the fresh water tank and the broken inside table but they completely ignored me. I then wrote about the malfunctioning fridge and they kinda tried to find a solution. Of course nothing happened for the fridge. Not to mention they completely ignored the fresh water tank and inside table problems. It's been 2.5 months since I filled for a refund and nothing has happened. I obviously had to harass them to barely get half of an answer. And I'm still waiting on my refund. On top of that, they told me the fresh water tank leak and broken inside table aren't eligible for a refund because it could have been fixed during the rental. It could have been, it's just very difficult when customer service completely ignores you. Useless customer service. Just hope you don't get any problem during your rental because you are on your own.
