Quinovic - Merivale Christchurch Property Management

Booked a room viewing for 21st Mar, at 1.15PM and they changed to 1:45PM without a reason. That's ok. Showed up at 1:45 and the agent was not at the property. Waiting 5 mins in front of property, then I called reception. She asked me have a look around for the agent under the rain. I am sorry, that's not kind of service I'm after. Left there at 2PM.

In Sept 2022 I purchased a property and requested Quinovic Christchurch to manage it for me. Candice, Tracy & Sharon took all the pain out of the purchase. From the building sign-off, pre-possesion inspection to locating a tenant, any problems and any issues have been quickly and painlessly resolved. Since then, the tenancy has run like clockwork and everybody has been happy. I may never have met the ladies but I have the utmost respect for them. Professional, courteous, and accomodating, I do not hesitate to recommend the Quinovic Team to anybody.

We have been dealing with Sharon and her team at Quinovic Merivale for almost 15 years both as renters and property owners I can not speak highly enough of them and recommend anyone looking to rent or rent out a property give Sharon first opportunity you wont regret it .
