After Relocating from Auckland to Christchurch for new beginnings & fresh start for me & my son have a potential accommodation for 4 months till we get settled only I got told after 7 weeks to be out within 2 weeks And you can imagine what its like hearing that as a parent And thats where Kate Hanrahan came to the rescue she was super professional yet kind and compassionate she literally took the stress off me and confirmed us a place in 2 days where we can call home and start FRESH Thank you so much Kate we are so very grateful.

We have been tenants of Harcourts Holmwood for the last year and from the beginning of our tenancy we have been treated with respect and understanding. They always give plenty of notice if they need to be at the property and respond in a timely manner to any issues we have raised. Inspections are conducted regularly. All staff we have communicated with at Harcourts Holmwood have been great but our property manager Donna-Marie Bell has been outstanding. We would definitely rent with Donna-Marie and the team again.

We've been dealing with Donna-Marie Bell since 2017 and I must say, she's a gem of a person. Always managing and adjusting to our requirements and a fine eye for detail, Donna is absolutely meticulous in her work. During the tenure of our 5 year tenancy, we've never faced a single issue. She has been our goto person with regards to any issues we've faced. From moving in to moving out, she has been very flexible in all regards. I'm sure that anyone who deals with her will love her pleasing personality. Thanks again Donna

After a stressful time of trying to relocate from overseas and finding a rental property as previous homeowners challenging, Property Manager Sarah Laird secured a beautiful home for us in under 24 hours. She is professional, compassionate and totally on the ball. We were blown away by her efficiency and willingness to help.
