        Communication wasnt the best , it took 8 days for us to get an answer for finance when they said it would only take 3 days max , we got an approval from a 2 nd tear bank and it was a ridiculous interest rate . I wouldnt recommend, I did go to a broker and in 4 hours on the same day he had us with an approval from two banks and we got a very good interest rate so it pays to go with a broker

        We were introduced to NZHL through a friend and we can say switching our mortgage over has been one of the best financial decisions we have made. It also made us realise how poorly we were treated by our previous bank. Emm + Terry have been brilliant to work with and we always walk away feeling very upbeat after any meeting or phone call with them. I would highly recommend working with NZHL Canterbury Metro to anyone who is looking to take back control of their mortgage and not let it define how they live their life.
