Last year, myself and husband were given Robs card by friends to enquire about steps we needed to take to purchase our first home. Upon contacting Rob, we ended up meeting him that same evening. Rob was very accomodating to us, as I work late into the evenings, he made sure he came at a time that was convenient for us, even if it was late at 7pm. At first, we just wanted to know what we needed to do to get to where we needed to be as we were sure we werent yet in a position to purchase. We soon found out that we in fact were in a position to purchase. Rob took the time to explain everything to us, we were nervous as we knew nothing about the process, and soon enough Rob made us experts. A month after meeting with Rob we put a offer on our dream property and a few weeks after that, we moved into our new home. Rob helped with EVERYTHING. The lawyers, the valuation, the banking, everything! His communication was beyond excellent, and it didnt matter what time I contacted him, he always got back to me within the same day (usually within the hour). Rob, we cant thank you enough, you made buying our first home a completely stress free time and we are forever thankful for your service! When we first met you, we never would of imagined that two months later we would be moving into our own place! Soon marks one year in our home and its been the best year ever! I have worked with Rob three times now for my property and investment purchases as well as insurance and he has never failed to exceed my expectations he has always given me best advice financially as well as suggesting new ideas that have saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Rob and his team Tom and Sammy if you have any purchasing selling insurance or financial requirements.
