This is the second time I have used Michelle to sell my property. I appreciate her straight forward approach. Michelle is friendly and professional with a good sense of humour. After each open home I would get a report and an update on the viewings and comments each week. On auction day Michelle was positive and supportive. Michelle worked so hard to find us our dream home. She was always there to answer our questions and made the whole process easy. Michelle made it easy for us to watch from the sidelines, to list mum's house, as she organised all the legalities/behind the scenes paperwork. With a swift and organised marketing campaign, Open Homes and great reporting, we were kept in the loop at all times. Auction Day was delightful with Harcourts staff looking after us. The auctioneer impressed us too, previously coming out personally to look over the home and meet us. Michelle worked her magic Auction day too, encouraging the buyers with their bidding. I highly recommend Michelle Ward to anyone wanting to sell their home. She is likeable, efficient, honest and positive.
