Ive recently brought a house from homes. The experience started out well, as soon I went unconditional that changed. I Was given no congratulations package and had to also take down the sign myself. The day it went unconditional flyers had been put around the neighbourhood how much the property was purchased for. I had friends buy from homes who told me about the positive experience they had which was one reason I choose to go homes, unfortunately I cant say the same. The only difference between myself and my friends is skin colour which made me feel the treatment was race based.

My friends went through these guys and even though the won the bid on the house, they didnt meet the reserve - when they inquired about the reserve, there agent didnt know. They then agreed to meet a reserve price to then be told they are in multi-offer and lets not FORGET the seller had approved there first winning-bid!!!!!! The AGENTS also FAILED to DISCLOSE All INFORMATION in regards to the property PRE-BID. Im glad the dodged a TSUNAMI OF TROUBLE. Total not worth your time or stress.
