Went into their cafe, open to the public. Relaxing, quiet, with indoor & outdoor seating. Coffee nice, a small array of food, including meals & all reasonably priced.

Only went there to do a job, but appears okay from what I can see

Went to try and see my uncle. Rang 4x for appointment. No one answered. Left messages no one phoned back.

Been here 8 months - younger peops, friendly, heaps to do. Relief to have stepped off the stressful property gravy train !

Great little village for the independent....18 units in all...close to shops...shoppers bus to Manukau every Wednesday morning...day long scenic trip once a month.

Residents are treated with a high level of humanity, unfortunately visitors are not.
