I've had three boards from Tommy over the years and they never disappoint. Excellent service and a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend his Jett model surfboards.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending time and staying at Tommy and Hayleys place- The Board Room here in Wainui Their accommodation was just perfect for our family , the Unit was tidy, peaceful and everything we needed during our time in Gisborne The private pool that comes with the place was perfect for spending time chilling around and our kids just loved being able to swim there during the hot days we stayed We enjoying spending time at the beach surfing - which is just a short 2 minute walk away and we also loved exploring the coast north of Wainui as it had endless amazing beaches to check out Tommys knowledge of the area and surf are a real asset to anyone staying and he was always more than happy to accommodate us with anything we needed Not to mention his amazing surfboard shaping business which has an amazing variety of gear and high end products Rental boards are also available of which I was kind enough to try Hayley and the kids were also 1 of the highlights of our stay - they made us feel so welcome and at ease while there , our kids enjoyed playing with their 3 boys Jet , Nico and Flynn and girl Willow Just a lovely family with a nice homely , chill Vibe I highly recommend the Boardroom and spending time / staying there - our crew cant wait to return next year. I called this place about a month or so ago to see if they hired out surf boards as I wanted to pick one up to go surfing... the person who answered the phone was super rude unfortunately. And I would hope that if I was a customer in the store that I wouldnt be talked to like that in such a blunt way...
