Have just visited the store in Hastings as my company has an account with them and I was heading there to spend some money for new products for a big area. What terrible customer service I received if you can call it that. Nobody approached me to ask if I needed help and on approaching the lady at counter she looked at me like I was a hassle and looked me up and down like I should not be there. Thank god that is the last time I will enter that store! I only am giving one star as it would not let me post but that is a negative 1 star!!!!!!

Such beautiful things. Very friendly staff. UPDATE: We purchased our new laminate flooring from Hutchinsons. It looks amazing. The flooring installers were polite and tidy. They did a great job.

I had the intention of purchasing the Devon Milford corner lounge suite but was confronted immediately on entering the store without a mask. I presented my exemption, but this was not satisfactory enough for the customer service man who needed to view my vax pass. There was no official Covid vax pass sign on the door. If I had worn a mask, I was told no vax pass was required. I have a vax pass but this is mask discrimination in action. So I walked out.
