Really poor communication. Can't return a call or an e-mail for 2-3 weeks. Seem to only want to do insurance co work.

Booked up with jobs for 2 to 3 months ahead. My roof was leaking at the time of my call, so I had to seek a remedy elsewhere, unavoidably I couldn't use them.
