We booked flights back to the UK to see family (after 4 long years) via Expedia. Turned up to check in and there was a "ticketing agent failure". Long story short we were left high & dry in Auckland airport with no flights at a very busy time of year. A friend put a shout out on a local page asking for recommendations of someone who could help. Overwhelmingly the top recommendation was Christine From Best Travel. Christine helped us immediately appreciated the urgency for us. She was compassionate, professional, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. She absolutely did her very best for us and got us on the next suitable flights. I am so grateful that I found Christine and Best Travel and will never book with anyone else!! 10 out of 10 for service. She is just lovely to deal with!
