Fiona is extremely talented in the work that she does. From experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety due to numerous transitions in my life she has assisted me with reiki healing to improve my body's energy balance. Fiona has such an incredible calming, safe flowing presence and work space that soothes away any unease or any negative/unsure preconceived ideas that maybe running around in your head. She is patient, passionate, kind, highly knowledgeable and very caring. She has opened me up to myself deeper than I have ever been, I wasn't quite sure what I really needed/wanted on my first session, therefore she just gave me an overview of what she does,how she works and we began once i was ready. I was highly emotional and lighter/freer after the first session, being so emotional is not normal for me as I saw it as a weakness but after my time with Fiona I realized it was just the part of me that needed to be acknowledged, loved,thanked and then released inorder for me to make room for all the new things that I want and need. Thank you Fiona for all that you have done for me it's made an impact in my life, I am very grateful. I highly recommend her to anyone inexperienced who would like to or are curious about Reiki and what it can do for you, it's a great experience especially if you're open minded and willing to work on you. It's also amazing for those who have more experience aswell, just do what feels right for you . You are your greatest investment why not invest where it matters most. You can't give from an empty cup, so fill it up and let it overflow into the other areas of your life that matters to you
