I had a mixture of Reiki and Reflexology today. I had recovered from covid but still had a cough, during the session I could feel my chest lightening and post session have only coughed a couple of times. Thank You Jo

I highly recommend Jo at Oceans of Energy, I have been getting reiki and reflexology with Jo for the past 2 years and always feel so much more balanced and energised after each visit. Recently I went to Jo for a sore foot and had low energy. My foot instantly felt relief and I noticed it getting better and better as the week progressed.
