        nice staff, nice quality, however I accidentally got a wrong size. would I be able to exchange a hoodie I got for a bigger size or would a refund be possible? if not, all good but just wondering

        my young daughter bought some sneakers with a really bad squeak. Unwearable. We checked the reviews online and its a very very common complaint for the shoe.We couldn't hear the squeak in the store as the music in the store was bit loud. Store would not do a refund and although the guys on the counter were polite the owner was unpleasant to deal with. Bad luck for my daughter and her hard saved pocket money Wont ever shop there again.
