        Love my hot yoga sessions here particularly at this time of the year when its a bit cooler outside. Nice relaxed environment, great teachers and your body thanks you for it after.

        Just had my fifth session of 60 minutes of Bikram yoga - always love coming here when I'm in the Hawkes Bay and tell my friends who are visiting to be sure to book a session here too when they can. Always feel reborn after a session and love the sense of community too! The lead instructor Meg is amazing and keeps you on track whether you're on form on the day or not - 10/10!
