YinYoga Napier is such a beautiful place to practice! The instructors are so so different in personality and practice but everyone has been welcoming and supportive. Its a stunning space, a real credit to the owners. Highly recommend!

This studio is amazing and I love the vibe here, the teachers are so reassuring, relaxing and professional. I highly recommend a visit here and you can conveniently book online too.

My physio instructed me to "do a lot of yoga" to recover from my back injury in late 2019. So I attended YinYoga quite intensively for about three months, shortly after the studio passed into enthusiastic new ownership. There is an assortment of teachers, some offering very relaxing and meditative classes, others more active. The classes are always on time and friendly, and very easy to book, even at the last minute, through the MindBody phone app. The studio has sunny, airy feel in a great part of town near the cathedral. There is equipment (including mats), and space to store your own mat at the studio. Now that my back is better I'm spending more time outdoors, running etc. but as of early 2020 I can definitely recommend this studio.
