        Please change your hours online to indicate that you are closed. Its been a over a year of claiming to be open when you are actually closed.

        There is no reception staff on the desk so people have to just assume they know what theyre doing when they get there. When staff do appear every 15-20 minutes they arent friendly and come off rude. Also I waited 40-50minutes in line just to get told that the bloods I needed they couldnt do them there.

        Have regular blood tests and IVs elsewhere, so think that I am able to fairly compare. Extremely poor technique, no gloves, palpating with bare finger after swabbing, and also unsuccessful. Wont ever go back.

        I have never been treated so roughly and painful with needle going both in and out.I have had many blood tests and good veins so no need to be treated like this.Very disappointed with the service this morning.
