When I heard my online order was going to be delivered with PBT I was extremely worried as Id heard a lot of bad things about them. I was pleasantly surprised though when my order was delivered within 5 working days and was all correct and not damaged. The delivery driver whos name from memory was Chris was fantastic, he called me up the morning of the delivery to make sure Id be home and made sure my delivery arrived before I had to go to work for the day. I wouldnt usually leave a review on a freight company but it was a pleasant surprise for me for a company that gets a bad rap

So disappointed, delivery notes clearly stated must phone prior to delivery, no phone call was received, have arrived home to find the two pallets of goods, one of which has been placed directly behind my car, this blocking our one and only car in the driveway, one pallet neatly placed to the side, there was no reason the second pallet couldnt have been placed in front of the first, there was lots of room to the side and no need to block the car in. Complete arrogance from the driver.
