        Avoid at all costs. Still being denied someone to talk to after trying with various DHB since the first lock down. Do not seek help as you'll get the opposite and plenty of discrimination and stigma to boot. Online community for neurodivergent people much more supportive than anyone here

        Services have improved greatly over the years. Some psychologists/ therapists are better then others here. Just request someone else if you don't like the first one.

        Absolutely appalling, if you want support absolutely do not go here, they do not care about you at all.... Some of the most bullying, judgemental and hateful behaviour i have ever seen towards someone who is struggling.
