Ben is an honest and very comprehensive inspector. He is very thorough and punctual. He takes care of his customers and for two times he advised me to go for a cheaper option for the work. I don't know how I can put into words how impressed we were with Ben. We hired him for a pre-purchase inspection. He was prompt, professional and amazingly thorough. The real estate agent even made comment on how thorough he was. I'm not sure if you could hire a better person for an inspection, and I'll definitely be keeping an ear out for people on the hunt for a new house so I can direct them his way.
