Booking a builder's report for a property we wish to purchase has been stress free with Jeff's immediate and professional communication. I was hesitant at first, after reading some unpleasant reviews. But after our initial conversation, I knew that he is genuinely passionate about his business to help out first home buyers like me who has no clue about the entire process. We just moved to our first home this week. The Bronze Report we ordered has been life saving and very informative. Now, I am making a list of all the minor works that needs to be done!!! Thank you Jeff!!!

From a property owner's perspective: My husband had come home to the following mess. Jeff have moved sacred items in our house and not returned them to the original place. Instead, they were left lying on our garage floor. Secondly, in regards to invasive testing: A request to carry out this procedure without fixing up the damage. What professional stranger enters your property, creates damage (large or small) and does not have it fixed up? We sought a second inspection from a QUALIFIED BUILDER AND INSPECTOR. Their findings did not match or compare to Jeff's findings. We feel Jeff lacks professional people-skills, general building inspection skills and cultural responsiveness. Please also note Twigges is NOT a qualified builder. For any property owners out there who may have to confront this guy on you property, be aware. There are many other building inspection services out there in the Manawat. After doing further research on his work ethics and rapport, his work is not well-regarded among other Builder Inspectors or builders in the Manawat. No surprises there. We have also lodged a formal complaint. Regards and Goodluck!
