        Dealt with them directly three times and had negative experiences each occasion. Replacement card issued with no chip or anything, did not offer to order a modern card either when queried about it. Get given an adviser's card to contact. No call-back for weeks and when they eventually do, they don't follow through anything they said they would. Appointment hours very limiting for the working people. Latest appointment available a 1h30pm. No late hours or Saturdays once a month. This bank will go bust in a few years if they can't adapt to the realities of their customers. Will not be taking any business with them and will take my partner's business elsewhere
