Max George Joiners

Unfortunately I could not reccomend this business due to their lack of professionalism and failure to communicate with customers. After this business came reccomended to me by one of the biggest winery groups in NZ, I thought it must be seriously good. After coming to measure up my kitchen for benches back in June, multiple unanswered calls and emails, they have not given any installation information - I can only assume they only want to service these big businesses with big projects and kitchen benches/household installations do not qualify here. Safe to say they will be loosing more than one client because of this shocking service and disrespect. I have not asked for much, was patient and know this industry is busy at present but this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

We have had Max and his crew build and install office cabinetry and desks as well as kitchen renovations and even a large wooden sliding glass door. They have been knowledgeable, professional, and have provided some of the best joinery I have seen in town. The only draw back is how busy they are, but of course that happens when you are good. Thanks Max, and we will hire you again with the new house!
