        After buying a gift for someone for which I was told no receipt was needed for any exchange/size alteration so long as the tag remained on. Then the following day she went back on her words, at first refusing to do anything without a receipt, then saying the transaction can be found on her system, to then going back to no receipt no exchange between the various people that have tried to exchange it including the gift recipient, AND the buyer whom TRUDY had a conversation with them claiming well I see a lot of people. Dont shop here, its all outdated stuff and she barely keeps the lights on as it is. Ive heard terrible things from people I know that have worked there too. The owner (Trudy) is a bipolar self centred narcissist. SHOP ACROSS THE ROAD AT CHEAPSKATES FOR 100x better service and products!!
