All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Was in and out within an hour and half! Was able to get tests done and I was given a prescription!

We have experienced a very competent and friendly care. Waiting for an X-ray went fast. After this it took time to see a doctor, but there were a lot of patients with much more acute issues, so this is understandable. We are happy with the service and they even called a week later to hear how it is going. Highly recommended!

Pathetic service - i have been having fever for past few days , every night im shivering and i have a 3 month old baby whom i nurse. Told the doctor named Sam Preston about my situation, and he did nothing - didnt even check my temperature, or blood pressure. told me keep testing for Covid , and try old remedy for my cough. treated me as a isolated case , and sent me home with no medication at all, charging me $80 for nothing . said i need to see a GP - when im clearly telling him that i have just moved from Auckland a week ago, and wont be able to get a GP so soon. i took Ibuprofen- was ok for a while and than again at night the fever comes back , even if i take ibuprofen before sleeping. the wait to get a GP appointment is a month - do i have to stay like this .my baby has started coughing as well and my husband has the fever now .
