        Quite unacceptable that you refuse to treat patient who has visa but not the one that you want when urgent medical care themselves advised me to find a GP to follow my condition. People don't get sick on purpose and it's not like you didn't have place for new patient. Definitely didn't do the right thing here... Very disappointing !

        We just want to give a quick shout out to Dr Sophie Hart at HSM who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We're so lucky to have her. She is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for her patients. We haven't had the easiest health journey, but knowing we have Dr Hart in our camp has made everything much easier. The service, care and overall communication of HSM as a practice has also been fantastic. We're very lucky to have found them.
