Very professional Doctors, admired them for following up any urgent matter, the problem I gave this rating is for the unprofessional and rude receptionist. Their good reputation ruined by one of them. I did not feel welcomed and helped at all during a phone call so did my husband. She did not know what the customer service, compassion and empathy are. Sad...really to be treated like we take their time off and we are not important.

Great team of doctors, nurse Denise is gentle and reassuring, the reception team has brightened up recently with the addition of Amy who always make you feel welcomed.

Excellent practice. Friendly, efficient, empathetic. Highly recommended. My doctor Dr Elizabeth Thomas is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her. The nurses are wonderful as well.

I rarely leave reviews but felt called to this time. I went to Nelson Family Medical for my immigration medical, I found the entire team to be incredibly helpful, great communicators and responsive. I had been hesitant going to them due to poor reviews, yet the front desk staff was very kind and informative when I set up my appt and when I went to office. I think people don't realise the huge volume of medicals they do and how much they juggle, and folks get frustrated because it takes planning and lead time for the process - but they set good expectations. The doctor - was great - efficient, good listener, fantastic. All in all, what a relief to have conquered it, and get such lovely support in the process. : )

Enrolled as a new patient today and found the parking easy, the receptionist friendly and welcoming. Appt was on time amd the nurse was friendly and lovely. Text reminder sent 24hrs prior. Great service.
