        Struck a crazy busy day with reduced staff, I was helped by the super busy people on duty who remained professional and though I naturally had to wait a little my eye test for prescription, and selecting of frames was excellent. The next step of dealing with insurance and setting up my new frames was mostly carried out so well by a fairly new team member. This person had her supervisor check her work, everything was correct, and they completed the final entry. A very satisfied happy customer and I can't speak highly enough of this great team thankyou.
