Matthews Eyewear Eyecare

I recently purchased new frames from Kuske in Nelson. Marc booked an appointment for me with Mathews Nelson for an eye test. Elizabeth carried out the test and it was the most comprehensive eye test I have ever experienced. Marc then sent the frames to Mathews in Blenheim and the excellent service continued. In Blenheim I had Ellie helping me with the lense sizing and I was very impressed with her thorough explanation of how they should work for me. Not long after this appointment, I was contacted to say the completed glasses had arrived for me to collect. The combination of Kuske and Mathews was seamless and excellent. I should add that I live in Kaikoura and was visiting Nelson at the time, hence the various people involved. All totally deserve a five star review.

The team at Mathews offer exceptional service, I am very impressed. I have somewhat "difficult" eyesight and the Mathews staff go out of their way to get me excellent results.

Yesterday I went here and I am so happy with the service here. The woman who helped me (I am pretty sure her name was Elizabeth) was super helpful, friendly and her awesome service really made my day / week! So a big shoutout to her and I 100% recommend going here. I wish her all the best in her career! Thank you again:)

Should have gone to spec savers !! Service wasn't great. Had no experience to deal with children. Not 1 chair high enough for primary school child. Weren't used to dealing with kids - spoke to as if it was adult. Team need training to deal with kids if they are to offer this service.
