Haven Pleasureboats Nelson

I hope that the day I went there was unique, and that the customers service is usually better. I was surprised to hear that for a workshop of this size there are only two mechanics. And one was on ACC at the time, leaving only one other to do all the work. I would imagine that for a place like this, you would need more than 2 mechanics; so you arent telling your customer that waiting 6 weeks (plus 2 to 3 weeks on top of that to get the part) to replace a part which took me 5 minutes to replace is good enough. Pretty sure it wouldnt take that much to make the customer service much better, or would it?

very rude, would not recommend if you could go else where to get your yamaha needs sorted.

Darren was very helpful. Being very busy there, he found time to slot me in and had the boat sorted that day, I was unable to pick the boat up that day so he opened on a Saturday morning for me to pick up the boat, he also hung around and chatted and shared his knowledge. Very well priced and got the job done fast I could not ask for better. Will definitely be going back there in the future !

I turned up in a Friday afternoon with a minor repair to my out board and they fixed it on the spot. Very friendly and helpful.
