        Service is fine, but opening from 9-5 (li9ke banks) is stupid, it's not like most people are working between those hours, making it difficult to grab stuff. Why not 10 till 6 at least?

        Paid 160$ to send a parcel abroad, after consulting instore about the contents which I was assured would not pose any problems. Weeks later and after numerous requests for information on the whereabouts of this parcel, it was suddenly on my doorstep one day, totally smashed up. After many emails all I can say is nobody at NZ Post took ANY responsibility or accountability for the proceedings, not a single crum of compensation was offered, only the message it's all not their fault. Truly unbecoming 'customer service' for such a big company, will never send anything with them again.
