Ive bought and sold a lot of property in my time and Todd is definitely at the top of the list of agents Ive dealt with. I believe the key to mutual success is working with someone who is professional, communicates well and does what they say they will do - following through with information required in a timely manner. But more than that, for me, is an agent who connects with you and builds a good rapport. Todd exemplifies all that, has a larger than life personality, is a pleasure to deal with and Im sure someone well not only do business with again in the future, but also share a drink with on the deck of the two properties weve already purchased through him.
