Absolutely useless, they pick an choose who they want to put in their houses , instead of a mum with 3 kids pays rent on time ,they would rather rent to people who trash their property's an are violent an abusive to other tenants. An when asked why they won't rent to a mum "ITS A COMPANY THING" Because I can't reply i have edited my post .My daughter has been discriminated against not once but alot of times, in the last 3yrs an my daughter has had no problems with paying her rent at all, even with other realtors , an I have already been told by one of your employees it's a company thing, an yes its up to the landlord to make final decision with information you provide so if my daughter is red flagged by you you're not going to provide any info on her at all to the landlord, an red flagged or black listed for for a debt she never knew nothing about. An is now paying off for her debt. I asked once paid her debt would you give her a house an i was told NO SORRY ITS A COMPANY THING. Because the last 3 yrs your property manger has discriminated against my daughter. She applys for a property's an doesn't get a viewing or anything just a straight out unsuccessful which I don't understand at all. I understand we have housing crisis in our town but your company discriminating against my daughter for the last 3 yrs don't help the situation.
